Manage Your Credit Card with My Online Bank

If you have a credit card from Banco Popular and are enrolled in My Online Bank, we have good news for you. Our new features will facilitate your credit card transactions and give you valuable information to help you manage your budget.
Annual Expense Summary
To help you analyze your credit card expenses, you now have access to an Annual Expense Summary available in My Online Bank. This summary includes all your charges and those of other authorized users of your credit card account. These are classified by month in the following categories: travel, restaurants, retail purchases, entertainment, autos, miscellaneous and others.
To see your 2012 Annual Expense Summary follow these steps:
  1. Log in to My Online Bank
  2. Visit the “e-Bills + eStatements” section on the right-side menu.
  3. Click on the name of your credit card.
  4. Look for your card under the “Credit Cards Annual Summary” section and click on the year 2012.
Follow these same steps to see the Auto Lease or Auto Loan Interest Letter, or the Mortgage Interest Form 480.7A that is used to file your Income Tax Return.
AutoPay
AutoPay is a new service from My Online Bank to help you organize your finances. With AutoPay you can automate your credit card payments, whether fixed or variable, and determine if you want to make the minimum payment or pay off the total balance in a specific date. This way you’ll never be late in your Banco Popular credit card payments.
Follow these steps to activate the AutoPay service:
  1. Log in to My Online Bank.
  2. Look for the name of your credit card in your account list and click on the blue link.
  3. Click on the “Make Payment” tab.
  4. In the Auto Pay window: a) Select the account from which you will be paying. b) Choose if you want to make the minimum payment or pay off the total balance. c) Choose the payment day.
  5. After reading the Terms and Conditions, click on the box next to the phrase “I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.”
  6. Click on the button “Activate AutoPay”
Card Replacement
If you lose your credit card, you can now request a replacement card through Mi Banco Online. To request a replacement card, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to My Online Bank.
  2. Look for the name of your credit in your accounts list and click on the blue link.
  3. Click on the tab “My Credit Card Services.”
  4. Click on the link “Report lost/stolen credit card.”
  5. Click on the radio button that appears next to the card, enter the requested information and click on “Send.”
Adding Additional Users
Now it’s easier to add users to your credit card account. Follow these steps:
  1. Log in to My Online Bank.
  2. Look for the name of your credit in your accounts list and click on the blue link.
  3. Click on the tab “My Credit Card Services.”
  4. Click on the link “Add additional user.”
  5. Enter the user’s information and click the “Add” button.
My Online Bank and your Banco Popular credit card are made for each other. Log in, make your life easier and keep your finances in order.
