Services during Potential Tropical Cyclone 9

Due to the arrival of the Potential Tropical Cyclone 9, we have taken the following measures for your safety and that of our employees. Today, Wednesday, July 29, our branches and all other operations in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands closed at 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., respectively. TeleBanco® will remain open until 10:00 p.m.

Tomorrow, Thursday, July 30, all branches and main buildings in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will remain closed. TeleBanco® will offer services up to 10:00 p.m., as long as the weather conditions allow.

Available solutions

  • Mi Banco Online and Mi Banco Mobile services, as well as the TeleBanco® automated line and ATMs, will be available 24/7. To learn more about Mi Banco, click here.

Commercial services

  • Mi Banco Comercial / Mi Banco Business and Web Cash ManagerSM services will be available 24/7.
  • Electronic transactions (ACH) and wire transfers through electronic channels will be carried out within the established schedule.
  • Requests for cash remittances will be delivered according to transport companies’ availability.

Services will be available as long as communication systems, electrical power service and weather conditions permit.
