The well-being and safety of our customers and employees is our priority.
Given the current coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, as of Tuesday, December 28, 2021, we have modified the operation of our branches to ensure the continuity of the services we offer.
- More than 90 branches will operate mainly by autobanco (drive-through lanes) so you can make payments, deposits, cash checks and make withdrawals of less than $10,000.
- At these branches, controlled entry will be allowed for transactions regarding commercial customers, debit card services, opening accounts, withdrawal of funds from IRAs and CDs, provisional checks, credit products applications and disbursements, safe deposit boxes, and wire transfers.
- At branches that do not have autobanco, entry will be controlled for all types of transactions and services.
Most branches will operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. until noon, while circumstances allow it. Click here to access the branch locator and their service hours.
We encourage you to visit a branch only if necessary. If you do, cover your nose and mouth with a mask, don’t bring companions, and keep an appropriate distance from employees and other customers.
